MAIL SERVICES

All resident mailboxes for International Village are arranged by apartment number outside the main lobby.

U.S. Mail is picked up and delivered once a day, Monday-Saturday, except for nationally recognized Holidays. International Village staff actually sort all mail and aim to complete this task by 4pm each day. However, quantities of mail vary greatly from day-to-day so we ask in advance for your patience.

A notification slip will be placed in the mailbox of residents who receive oversized or special delivery packages through the U.S. Mail, UPS, or other mail carriers. Please bring the notification slip and I.D. to the RSO in order to claim your package. All residents must sign a log when they pick up their packages.

All mail should be addressed to you in the following manner in order to avoid confusion and delays in processing your mail.

Remember to include your apartment number: 101-A or 101-B

Your Name

1100 Everton Pl, Apt. __ __ __ - __
Riverside, CA 92507-4645

Outgoing mail can be left at the Front Office for the appropriate mail carrier.

International Village accepts and distributes mail for contracted International Village residents only. Mail received (1) for an apartment addressee other than the contracted resident for that apartment, or (2) addressed “in care of” (i.e. c/o) will be returned to sender.

Upon move-out you will be asked to fill out a Forwarding Address card in order to ensure that your first-class mail continues to reach you at your new address for one (1) year. Regardless, it will be important for you to begin to update your address with senders as soon as possible. We regret that we cannot forward mail to international addresses.

International Village updates residents concerning events, policies, etc. by placing notices and flyers in resident mailboxes. It is extremely important that residents check their mailboxes daily in order to ensure that they receive information in a timely manner. International Village cannot be responsible for inconveniences that arise when notices are not promptly removed from resident mailboxes.

OUTSIDE SERVICE/DELIVERY PERSONS

If you schedule or expect service or a delivery by non-International Village staff at a time when you will not be home, please submit an Authorization to Enter form in advance at the RSO. An International Village staff person will give the service or delivery representative entry into your apartment. We regret that, because of time and staffing constraints, International Village staff cannot remain your unit with the outside representative.
