Residents are required to keep their balconies clean and free of debris. Spills should be promptly cleaned in order to avoid pests and keep the area aesthetically pleasing. This are may not be used for storage.

No interior-type furnishings are permitted on balconies. Motorized and non-motorized bikes may not be parked on balconies.

Because of the extreme fire hazard, barbecue grills; Hibachis, etc. may not be used or stored on balconies. Please make use of the barbecue grill provided for you in the courtyard and in by the soccer field behind the building.

Smoking is strictly NOT permitted on the balconies.

Residents who are not in compliance with the balconies policy will be notified and expected to comply within a designated timeframe in order to avoid confiscation of noted items and charges for their removal.
