Transferring
Current International Village residents who wish to transfer from one apartment location or style to another within Campus Apartments properties must submit a new Housing Application. Residents are required to occupy their current apartment for a minimum of six (6) months before they may be considered for a Transfer.

Current International Village residents who wish to transfer from one bedroom location to another within an apartment may not do so without the prior written consent of International Village. Residents who do so will be charged for any cleaning or maintenance costs and/or rent losses accrued on account of their illegal occupancy. All transfers within the same apartment are subject to Administrative fees.

Subleasing
International Village does not permit subleasing. Violation may result in the resident’s eviction.
