Your student-housing lease is a legal and binding agreement between you and International Village. We strongly encourage you to read it and be familiar with it. Your lease outlines your responsibilities as a International Village resident. Please note again that this Resident Handbook is considered a legally binding extension of your housing lease. All residents have the responsibility to read and follow the policies and procedures contained in the Resident Handbook. International Village staff are more than happy to assist you with any questions you may have concerning your lease or the Resident Handbook.

All International Village residences allow year-round living experiences and do not require residents to vacate their homes for quarter breaks, holidays, or summer sessions.
